Manufactured via advanced ceramic sintering, our transparent ceramic delivers high transmittance across the visible and near-infrared spectrum while exceeding glass in hardness and scratch resistance, ideal for optoelectronics, armor windows and premium consumer electronics.
The ceramic is based on Al₂O₃, AlN, and ALON systems, processed through nano-scale powder synthesis, isostatic pressing, vacuum sintering and hot isostatic pressing densification — yielding polycrystalline ceramics close to theoretical density.
Compared to conventional glass, transparent ceramics provide order-of-magnitude improvements in hardness, fracture toughness and thermal stability, making them a leading candidate for advanced optical armor, high-power laser windows and next-generation phone cover glass.
